• Production Time: Because we focus on precision 3D modeling and printing, most items require a production lead time of [3-5] business days before shipping.
• Courier Services: We offer free shipping nationwide across South Africa using local courier partners.
• Official Sender: Your package and tracking info may reflect the name of our registered parent entity, Softwayhubs (Pty) Ltd, or our trading name, 3 boxes
• Shipment Confirmation and Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or WhatsApp once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: 3 boxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
• Damages: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
